Do you have a minimum order?
For screen printing we have a minimum order of 24 pieces per logo design. You can mix or match the clothing sizes, clothing colors and styles as long as they are a total of 24 with the same logo design.
For items provided from Clients the minimum is 50 pieces. Reorders also require the same quantities.
For Embroidery there is no minimum.
How does the breakdown of pricing work?
Pricing for screen printing depends on the total quantity of the order, style of clothing, brand of clothing, clothing color, how many colors are in the design and the print placements.
Embroidered pricing depends on the style of clothing, quantity of pieces, size/thread count of the design and the placement.
What is your turn around time?
Completion of your order takes 5-10 business days once a full or 50% down payment has been paid. Some variables determining completion include shipping, inventory, additional editing of the logo prior to production and logo approval from the client. As of October 2021, we are currently experiencing some delays in shipping and stock availability. Orders may take longer than usual during the holiday season. Shipping must be requested from the client via email, phone call, or text and shipping time is not included in turn around time.
Can I provide my own clothing?
Yes you may provide your own clothing for screen printing and embroidery. We have a minimum of 50 pieces for screen printing. There is no minimum for embroidery. Please read our policy below:
Apparel/ Items Provided By Client: Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop requires all apparel that is provided by the client to be brand new, never worn & never washed. Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including, but not limited to, mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rip, tears or holes in garments. Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop is also not liable for inconsistencies in screen printing, embroidery or heat pressing due to fabric, fabric dye and/or fabric content. Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop does not replace any items that are provided or damaged and there are no refunds.
Client is responsible for checking quantity and sizes of all items, checking for any stitching errors, color irregularities, spotting, tears or any damage to items prior to dropping items off to Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop.
What is the best way to send you my logo?
Please email your logo/design in a vector PDF format to orders@myfreshbakedtees.com.
How will I know what my apparel will look like?
Before we embroider or screen print, we will email you a digital proof for your review. Once you approve it , we will begin. If additional edits are made upon request we provide 2 more proofs free of charge. A 4th proof will require a fee.
Do you do DTG printing?
DTG printing is excellent for intricate projects such as portraits however that is a service we do not provide at this time.
What happens if I made a payment to process my order but I want to add more items or remove items?
If you provided your own apparel, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
If we are providing your apparel, we order within the same or next business day once a payment has been made. It’s important to us that we complete your order within your deadline. Please let us know ASAP if you need to add or reduce your order. Once we place an order, shipping fees will apply for additional items or a restocking fee will be applied for items removed from the order.
Can I purchase supplies from you?
We do not sell screens, provide screen burning services, printed film or any screen printing/embroidery supplies however we are more than happy to provide you with our custom services.
Do you offer clothing that is fair trade, organic or American made?
Yes! We can provide a variety of brands and styles to suit your needs.

Order Processing:
Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop provides free estimates. Once an estimate is accepted by a Client, the estimate is transformed into an invoice. A 50% down payment is required up front for all orders over the amount of $150.00. Once a down payment or full payment has been made, the order can begin to process. This includes digital mock ups and ordering product. For orders under the amount of $150.00, full payment is required up front. RUSH ORDERS placed to meet a deadline within 4 days payment is required in full upfront.
Invoice Details:
Please review invoice details carefully. If you require precise measurements of artwork, pantone ink matching, this must be communicated from the Client prior to the invoice approval/payment.
Ordering Items:
Once a down payment or full payment has been made, Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop will order the items within the same day or following business day. If you need to add items to your order, a shipping charge will apply and it may set completion dates further out.
Out of Stock:
In the case that our suppliers are out of stock of the item you are requesting, we will contact you and do our best to find a similar item to replace it with. You can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the item will be available when the supplier claims it will be. Replenishing dates are always subject to change.
Proof Approval:
Clients will receive a digital proof to review and approve prior to production. Please review proof details carefully: colors, size of artwork, placement, spelling). Once a proof has been approved by the Client, Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop is not liable for any production errors in relation to the proof.
Turn Around: Completion of orders take 5 to 10 business days beginning from
the date a down payment or full payment has been made.
Factors that may alter or delay a completion date are proof approvals from the Client, shipping, and inventory. Turn around times may vary during the holiday season and summer.

Shipping:
Shipping is not included in estimates or invoices unless specified from the Client via phone call, in person, email, or text. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
Item Selection:
Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop orders and provides garments for Clients and we highly recommend the Client see a garment in person if material and color sensitivity is high. Digital proofs may vary from the actual physical garment. We can not guarantee all in house samples are available to review in person due to hundreds of styles and color variations.
Manufacturing/Distribution:
Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. We will do our best to catch these prior to production, however all items are counted in bulk and we do not inspect each single item individually for defects when they are delivered to us. In the case we need to replace a defect item, that may delay completion dates.
Remaining Balance:
Remaining balances are due before or at time of order pick up unless an agreement has been made between Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop and Client.
Returns:
Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop does not accept returns.
Canceled Orders:
Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop retains the right to keep 15% from the total amount due for canceled orders once a down payment or full payment has been made.
Warranty:
Customers are responsible for appropriate use of all purchased items. Fresh Baked Tees Print Shop is not responsible for manufacturing warranty or longevity of any and all items/products.
